🚀 Can you imagine working on a mission which will run onboard the International Space Station?
Join the Astro Pi Mission Space Lab challenge, work with your friends on an exciting mission. Luxembourg Tech School (LTS) coaches will guide you through the challenge from start to finish: from understanding the science behind the ISS’s orbit to testing and refining your Python program.
Here is what you're going to do:
⚫ Write a program that uses data from the Astro Pi computers’ sensors or camera to calculate the speed of the International Space Station (ISS) as accurately as possible. If your program meets all the requirements, it will be deployed on the ISS.
🪐 Mission Space Lab. is perfect for students who are excited about space, coding, and science.
The challenge starts at the end of October 2025 and your code must be ready by 16 February 2026.
You will work in teams and have a dedicated coach who will support you throughout the project.
